With ACEMAPP Assure, document review services have never been easier, or safer. ACEMAPP’s secure backend keeps data protected, while a trusted verification process ensures quick and efficient document turnaround, allowing clinical rotation managers to reallocate time that would otherwise be spent sifting through paperwork to other tasks that more directly support students and health systems.

ACEMAPP Assure was developed as an additional service to a standard ACEMAPP subscription that can be added to any organization’s package. When adding this new service to a package, ACEMAPP customers begin a four-step process that assures their success.

This process begins with ACEMAPP’s team meeting with organizational leaders to analyze needs and to help the ACEMAPP team structure a framework tailored to those needs. In this session, we build out a timeline, determine what requirements will need to be met, and agree upon a detailed breakdown of the approval standards our team will use during that review process.

The setup and implementation time involved in this process is reflective of what ACEMAPP Assure was designed to provide – a thorough, trusted process to deliver on your organizational needs. Even if your organization isn’t planning on using ACEMAPP Assure right away, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to start the process and allow our team the time required to build the ideal customizable platform for your needs.

Customer Success
Once implementation has begun, administrative personnel can add students, faculty, and staff to the system to begin their sign-up process. ACEMAPP makes this part even easier by providing a detailed guide to all participants that need to be added to the service.

Our customer success team will schedule a meeting to review your custom ACEMAPP setup and provide additional guidance. In the meeting, our team will walk you through how to use your new account – including how to view requirements and results.

Now that you are off and running with your new account, the final and recurring last step is document verification. ACEMAPP Assure members are now free to upload documents for review, and the results will be back in your hands as soon as the review process has been completed.
