Managing Rotations
Corewell Health East utilizes ACEMAPP, a secure, online platform, to manage rotation requests and onboarding for clinical educations. Reach out to your school’s student coordinator to verify if a formal agreement is established between your school and Corewell Health East facilities.
Onboarding
Compliance in ACEMAPP
All members assigned to a rotation must be fully compliant before the roster is sent to Corewell Health. A Roster Completion Report is automatically sent to Corewell Health East once all participants in a rotation are compliant with ACEMAPP requirements.
*Instructions for Schools Schools must submit all student placement requests through ACEMAPP. If your school is not a member of ACEMAPP, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support (https://support.acemapp.org/contact) to get started. Please ensure that all students and faculty are fully compkliant in ACEMAPP (all green checks) and Roster Completion Report is submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the rotation start date to ensure the rotation starts on time.
*Instructions for Students and Faculty All student placement requests must be submitted by your school via ACEMAPP. *Once your ACEMAPP account is created, then log in to ACEMAPP, update and maintain a current ACEMAPP profile and all necessary requirements to attend a rotation at Corewell Health.
Corewell Health East Requirements
Once you receive your Username and password (via separate emails) from "myworkday.com", access Corewell Health’s self-directed eLearning modules through “Workday”.
Know Before You Go
Corewell Health requires all team members, contractors, and volunteers to meet specific regulatory and compliance requirements. The self-directed Know Before You Go eLearning modules will provide these details and prepare you for your first day at Corewell Health. These modules MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO attending an onsite rotation. Allow 1 – 2 hours for completion.
EPIC
New EPIC users will be assigned EPIC training in Workday. Access to EPIC is granted approximately 24 hours after completion of EPIC training.
Compliance Training Requirements
These learning modules are assigned in Workday prior to your start date and must be completed before you start your rotation. This training is required to maintain a business relationship and train you on compliance-related topics and reporting concerns. It is intended to help each of us make the best decisions possible and provide an exceptional experience for every individual.
