Student Rotations & Compliance Requirements

Rotation Management

All assigned members must be compliant one week before the rotation start date.
Non-Compliance Process
If members are not compliant by the required date:
- The student will be removed from the rotation, or the rotation will be denied.
- Non-compliant members will not be permitted to complete clinicals on our campus.
In-Progress Rotation Policies
For approved, in-progress rotations with non-compliant members:
- The rotation will be denied.
- The member will not be permitted on-site.
For approved, in-progress rotations without assigned members:
- Reach out to the instructor or school to determine whether the rotation should be withdrawn or updated.
