Legacy Sites Southeast Michigan
A friendly reminder for our spring/summer groups.
Students and faculty will not have access to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for spring/summer semester. Faculty presence will be essential, as staff will be focused on transitioning to the new Epic clinical documentation platform.
Immersion students will not be placed during the Spring/Summer semester.
Affected sites include: Henry Ford St. John Hospital, Henry Ford Rochester Hospital, Henry Ford Warren Hospital, Henry Ford Madison Heights Hospital, Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital, Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital, Henry Ford Genesys Hospital, Henry Ford Brighton Center For Recovery, Henry Ford River District Hospital

Ascension has entered into an agreement with Henry Ford Health System to form a joint venture that includes Ascension Michigan’s Southeast and Genesys hospitals. As a result, our Ascension operations will transition into Henry Ford as of 10-1-2024.
