Epic Electronic Health Record Training: Beginning Fall 2026:
Students: Will be required to complete the EPIC training in ACEMAPP prior to receiving access.
Faculty members are required to complete an EPIC training before EPIC access can be granted.
Registration instructions and the appropriate training contact information will be sent directly to each faculty member via email from the hospital site coordinator. Prior to registering for training, all faculty must have a Henry Ford Corp ID, which will be communicated in the registration email. Faculty will use their Corp ID and the request number included in the email to register for an appropriate EPIC training course.
Faculty members are responsible for scheduling and completing all required EPIC training before their clinical start date.
It is also essential that each faculty member has a current school email address entered in ACEMAPP. EPIC training registration instructions will be sent to the email address listed in ACEMAPP. If a valid school email address is not on file, the faculty member may not receive the information needed to register for training, which could delay both training completion and EPIC access.
In addition, all required compliance requirements and mandatory training must be completed before EPIC access can be granted.
