Requirement Parameters, Badging and Security Requirements

Students who rotate at Munson Healthcare facilities are required to complete all onboarding in the ACEMAPP system. Onboarding includes, but is not limited to, MHC forms and orientation modules, as well as documentation/verification of:

• Current BLS Certification
• Background Check
• Drug Screen (minimum of a 5-panel screen)
• Immunization histories for MMR, Varicella, and seasonal influenza
• Seasonal flu vaccine required for student rotations that occur between October and April annually
• TB Test
• Photo for Student ID Badge

When all items are received, and reviewed by the Student Placement team, badge and computer access will be granted. Login information will be shared with each student’s preceptor, who will orient the student to these systems. A Munson Healthcare ID badge will be issued, and should be worn at all times while on site.

Wayfinding: Parking, Maps and Directions
Parking maps, directions, and first day details (including what to wear and where to report) vary by location and will be shared with each student by their direct supervisor after all onboarding has been completed.
