Munson Requirement Information

Background Check & Drug Screening

  • Both of these items must be completed within one year of the rotation start date.

TB

  • TB Testing needs to completed within one year prior to the rotation start date.

All of the above documents need to be uploaded in ACEMAPP for approval by Munson. A completion date is not sufficient to fulfill the requirement.

We request that students are compliant 30 days before their requested start date to allow time for sufficient onboarding.
