Placement Request Tips:
- Please enter clinical placement requests by submission due date.
- Please confirm the start and end dates are listed accurately and reflect the dates the students will be on the floor.
- The start date for the cohort group is their orientation date. Please update any changes to requests in ACEMAPP.
- You may request placement after the Submission Due Date in ACEMAPP, but with the understanding that all requests entered before the Submission Due Date will be considered first, and you may not receive a decision by that term's Decision Due Date.
- Each Faculty Supervised group (Cohort Rotations) will have a maximum of 6 students on the unit with the clinical instructor.
- Unit assignments for observation will be determined and placed by the Student Placement Office and will be based on availability.
Kindly note that we are not accepting shift requests. We will accept unit requests; however, approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

NOTE: Please confirm all courses and supporting documentation are up to date and added in ACEMAPP under your school profile. Please be sure to include a current copy of the course Syllabus, Preceptor's Packet, which contains Resp. & Req., and Course Objectives for each course.
