Welcome Observers

Thank you for your interest in observing with SGMC Health.

Types of Observation Experiences:

A. Shadower - Observers who are looking to get exposure to healthcare pathways

B. Medical Observer - Residency observation rotation is for applicants who would like an observership with either our Internal Medicine or Family Medicine program

Apply for an Observation at SGMC Health

1. Log in to your ACEMAPP account or if you don't already have an account, create one here: Register for an ACEMAPP account
**Do NOT create an account if this experience is for school credit. If this is for school credit, your school will need to create your account as you are considered a student and do not qualify as an observer.

2. Click the appropriate link below to apply for your observer experience.

• SGMC Health - Application for Shadowing
• SGMC Health - Application for Residency Observership (Audition Rotation)

3. You will receive an email from ACEMAPP when your application is reviewed, if it is approved you will then be able to complete all of SGMC Health onboarding steps inside your ACEMAPP account.
