Welcome to UR Medicine

UR Medicine and it's locations are requiring ACEMAPP for clinical placements and onboarding beginning Fall of 2025. All Graduate and Undergraduate students are required to be registered through ACEMAPP in order to receive their onboarding items and badging. Steps are provided below to get started. Be sure to reference the links below to see specific details about each location.

Process for Submitting Rotations: For undergraduate nursing placements, be sure to reference the Rotation Submission Schedule

1. Confirm your school has an active Partnership with the UR Medicine Location
   • Search and Request Partnerships
2. Schools will create student accounts.
   • Creating Member Accounts
3. Schools will submit the rotation requests on behalf of the student.
   • Create A Rotation
4. Schools will assign student to the rotation.
   • Assign Member(s) to Rotation
5. Schools will manage compliance for the student's rotations.
   • Checking Member Compliance with School and Site Requirements
