Graduate Student Rotation Request Process - NPs, MSNs, PAs and CNAs

If you are a Graduate Nursing student requesting a student experience at Wooster Community Hospital for a precepted/capstone placement, please apply below.

APPLICATION STEPS

1. If you already have an ACEMAPP account, log in at acemapp.org. If you do not yet have an account, register for one here: ACEMAPP Registration

2. Once you are logged into your account, choose the link below that matches your program.

• Wooster Community Hospital - CNS
• Wooster Community Hospital - MSN
• Wooster Community Hospital - NP
• Wooster Community Hospital - PA

3. Once you have read the description and confirmed this is the correct application, click “Apply”.

4. Follow the instructions and complete all requested information, click "Save & Continue" on each page.

5. Once you have completed each field, click the "Confirm and Apply" tab to submit your application.

You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed by the Wooster Community Hospital Team.

6. If approved, you must complete your onboarding requirements.
