Getting Started With ACEMAPP Assure

Welcome! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to get started with ACEMAPP Assure, our professional document review service designed to support your compliance needs with personalized service and guidance.

Log In

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from ACEMAPP, and click the verification link in that email to verify your account.
    • Can't find it? Check your spam/junk folder or resend it.
  2. After verification, you will receive a second email to set your password.
  3. Follow the link and create your secure password.
  4. Log in at https://acemapp.org.

You will be asked to agree to:

  • FERPA Consent
  • Honesty Pledge
  • Terms and Conditions

You must accept these to proceed.

Complete Your Profile

Completing your profile is required and directly affects your compliance status. Your information is shared with your school’s administrators, so it’s important to keep it accurate and up to date.

When you first log in, you may be taken directly to your Profile page. If not, follow these steps to access it:

  1. Click your Name/Avatar in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Fill in all required fields (marked with an asterisk *).
  4. Click "Save" to update your profile.

Pay For Membership

Upon login, you may be prompted to pay your ACEMAPP Assure Memberhsip Fee. If you are directed to the payment screen, you must complete the payment before you can access your requirements or learning materials.

To make a payment:

  1. On the Billing page, click the "Make Payment" button.
  2. Enter your payment details.
  3. Click "Submit Payment."
  4. Follow the on screen instructions from Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Refresh your screen to be taken to your new home page.

Navigate Between Member Home Pages

You may have more than one member type in ACEMAPP. Please follow the steps below to quickly switch between your home pages.

  1. Click on your Name/Avatar in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. In the Navigation table, select the Assure Member type from the list.

TIP: if you have multiple member types, we recommend starting with your Assure Home Page to prioritize required actions.

Please complete the requirements shown on your Assure Home Page first.

Complete Assure Requirements

Each school or clinical site may set specific compliance requirements for you. If your program uses ACEMAPP Assure, those requirements will be listed on your Assure Member Home Page, located in the Requirements panel.

Assure Requirements are identified by the Assure icon and are often tiered, meaning you'll need to carefully read each requirement description and select the appropriate option based on your role or program.

How to Upload Your Assure Documents

  1. On your Assure Member Home Page, go to the Requirements panel.
  2. Click the red "Manage Documents" button Manage Requirement next to the requirement to upload your document.
    • A red button Manage Requirement means the requirement is awaiting your upload.
  3. On the upload page:
    • Enter the Completion Date.
    • Enter the Expiration Date, if required.
    • Click "Browse" to select your document.
    • Click "Submit" to upload.

File Guidelines:

  • Maximum file size: 2 MB per document.
  • Accepted formats: PDF or image files.
  • If uploading multiple files at once: Combined size must be under 10 MB

Understanding Document Requirement Statuses

Incomplete Requirements (Red document icon Manage Requirement ):
These are still outstanding. Upload your documentation for review.
If your document is pending, the requirement will show as incomplete until the Assure Team reviews and approves it.
Pending Review (Blue document icon Pending Review ):
Your document has been uploaded and is waiting for Assure Team review. The "Manage Documents" button will remain red, and a blue icon will appear next to the requirement title.
Completed Requirements
These requirements have been reviewed and approved — no further action is needed. Continue to monitor your account for upcoming expirations.

After uploading your documents, they will be marked as pending review Pending Review. you will receive an email notificaiton if a document is denied, including the reason for denial.

Check Compliance

Your Assure Package Compliance Indicator is located within the Affiliations panel on the left side of your Assure Home Page. This section shows whether you've completed all requirements assigned in your Assure package.

  • A green check mark means you are fully compliant and have completed all required items within your Assure package.
  • A red X means you are not yet compliant. Click the red X to see which requirements are still outstanding.

You are responsible for maintaining your compliance in ACEMAPP. Be sure to monitor your status and upload documents as neede to stay on track.
