Welcome Graduate Nursing Students!

Students interested in completing a rotation need to complete the Graduate Nursing Preceptor Placement Rotation Application.

The Cleveland Clinic uses ACEMAPP to manage applications and preceptor matching.

Rotation Application Submission Schedule

If you have completed this process previously, you can log into your ACEMAPP account and skip to step #3 below to submit another application.

Application Steps:
1. Find your school below, and click the link.
2. You will be prompted to register for ACEMAPP or login to an existing account.
3. Find and Submit your rotation application.
Once you are logged into your account, from your home page, click the "Applications" tab in the upper left corner.: Applications
a. From here you can search for 'Cleveland Clinic' to narrow down the available rotation applications.
b. Click the "Start" button to view the appropriate application.
c. Click “Apply”.
d. Complete all requested information
e. Select 'Cleveland Clinic - Elective - Student Led Requests Only' as the Connecting Entity, and then choose your School as the Partner Entity.** If your school is not listed in the Partner Entity drop-down, you can leave this field blank. then click “Save”
f. Complete all requested information in this next area and click "Submit".
Note: If requesting more than one rotation at the Cleveland Clinic this semester, return to the application table to repeat this process.
4. Upload your resume into your ACEMAPP ePortfolio. Your resume and application will be reviewed together by the Cleveland Clinic.
a. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of your ACEMAPP page.
b. Click on ePortfolio
c. In the upper left, click 'Edit Portfolio'
d. Click 'Browse' and upload your resume
e. Click 'Save'
5. Await application status - You will receive an email once your application(s) have been reviewed by the Cleveland Clinic.

If your school is not listed below, we are not able to consider you for a placement at the Cleveland Clinic at this time. Use this registration link for any of the schools listed below.
