Welcome APP Students
If you are an AA, PA, or CRNA student, your school will initiate your placement request for you in ACEMAPP, your next step is to communicate this to your school.
Students interested in completing an APRN rotation at MetroHealth in Cleveland, Ohio, can review the application schedule and apply for their experience directly by following the directions below.

Application Steps:
1. If you already have an ACEMAPP account, login at acemapp.org. If you do not yet have an account, register for one here: ACEMAPP Registration
2. Once you are logged into your account, follow this link to view all available applications: Available Applications
You can search for 'MetroHealth' to narrow down the available rotation applications.
a. Find the appropriate application.
b. Click the "Start" button on the left to view more details and begin.
c. Click “Apply” to start your application.
d. Be sure to choose your School as the 'Partner Entity'. If your school is not available to be chosen, select 'School Is Not Listed'.
e. Complete all requested information and click "Save and Continue" to move on to the next section.
f. Once you have completed each page, click "Save" on the final page to submit your application.
Note: If requesting more than one rotation at MetroHealth this semester, return to the application table to repeat this process.
3. Upload your resume into your ACEMAPP ePortfolio. Your resume and application will be reviewed together by MetroHealth.
a. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of your ACEMAPP page.
b. Click on ePortfolio
c. In the upper left, click 'Edit Portfolio.'
d. Click 'Browse' and upload your resume
e. Click 'Save'
You will receive an email once the MetroHealth Team has reviewed your application(s).

FAQs
Q: If I have a rotation at MetroHealth in the Fall and pay $50 in ACEMAPP, will I need to pay again if I have another rotation that same year?
A: No, your ACEMAPP subscription is valid for 1 year. You can use your ACEMAPP account to onboard at any ACEMAPP partner clinical sites within that same year with your same subscription.
Q: If I will be working with two preceptors for the same experience should I complete one application or two?
A: You should complete an application for each preceptor you will be working with even if it is for the same experience. In this example, you should submit two separate applications.
