The PeaceHealth Oregon Network consists of SHMC Riverbend, Cottage Grove Community Medical Center, and Peace Harbor Medical Center.
There are also multiple PeaceHealth Medical Group locations.

Submission Schedule:

Clinical placement requests should be submitted a minimum of 90 days prior (preferably 120 days prior) to the beginning of the requested clinical rotation.
