Once assigned to an approved clinical placement, please complete the following requirements prior to the start of your clinical experience.

VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS) Requirements:

Important: All completed student application packets must be received by the VAPORHCS Education Department's OAA Technician a minimum of 8 weeks prior to clinical start date. After the end of the precept clinical experience, all students need to take the VA Learner Perception Survey at least once a year and only ONCE in the academic year.
