This page will provide you with all of the steps that CCF requires for PA schools to complete in ACEMAPP. If you have questions about completing these steps in ACEMAPP, you may Contact ACEMAPP Support.
Create student accounts: Create or Affiliate Member Accounts
After this step, students will then log in and submit their application to indicate which rotations they would like with CCF for the year. Once reviewed, CCF will match the students with a preceptor and send schools the finalized spreadsheet with rotation data.
Cleveland Clinic will provide a spreadsheet with the finalized rotation placements for you school. You can bulk upload the rotations using the spreadsheet provided.

Please be sure your rotations are submitted under the Pending status instead of Bulk.
Students need to be assigned to their rotations to receive notification of rotations and access to onboarding.
Assign Member to Rotation: Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Student names will be listed on the spreadsheet from CCF to identify which rotation is for each student.
Students will upload their onboarding documents in ACEMAPP once they have been assigned to their rotations. As they upload documents, you will need to review and manage the documents (Approve or Deny).
