Cleveland Clinic PA Process Guide for Students

This page will provide you with all of the steps that CCF requires for PA students to complete in ACEMAPP. If you have questions about completing these steps in ACEMAPP, you may Contact ACEMAPP Support.

1. Get Started with ACEMAPP

Your school will create an ACEMAPP account for you. Once your account is created, you will receive an email notification and you will need to complete the following steps.

• Verify your Email Address
• Set a Password
• Login
• Complete your Profile
• Complete your membership payment

2: Complete your Rotation Application

You will want to complete the following application to indicate your requested rotations so that CCF can match you with a preceptor. Your school will enter your finalized rotations in ACEMAPP for you and you will be notified via email of your assignments when they are ready.

3: Complete your Onboarding

Once you have been assigned to your rotations with Cleveland Clinic, you will receive an email notification. You will need to log into ACEMAPP to complete any required onboarding.
