Greetings,
Welcome to Henry Ford Hospital. As you work through the Clinical Faculty Orientation Process, please keep following key points in mind.
- Completing the required documents in a timely manner will help us ensure your badges are ready and you are granted appropriate access to software and other necessary equipment in time for your clinicals.
- All employees of the Henry Ford Health System, including cohorts and precepted clinical groups and instructors, will receive a dual access for EPIC.
- New Faculty are required to attend EPIC training and Hospital orientation on the start date as noted in ACEMAPP.
- All students and faculty are required to wear a photo ID badge.
Please refer to your Welcome Letter and Check List for the most recent updates. Below is a list of start-up items for your review.
- You'll need to begin your journey 30-days prior to your first day. Refer to the Clinical Faculty Check List to get started.
- Please refer to the Pharmacology Study Guide
- For initial sign-on and bio registration, please refer to the PYXIX System Tip Sheet
- Please print and submit a copy of the Clinical Instructor Form to NPD&E.
