Greetings,

Welcome to Henry Ford Hospital. As you work through the Clinical Student Orientation process, please keep following key points in mind:

• Completing the requirements outlined here in a timely manner will help ensure your badges are ready and you are granted appropriate access to the EPIC electronic healthcare record (EHR) and/or other systems/equipment needed for your clinical placement in time for your rotation start date.
• All academic affiliates (students and instructors) who are also employees anywhere within Henry Ford Health (HFH) and have HFH employee EPIC access profiles may NOT use their employee profile to access EPIC for work in their academic capacity. They will receive a separate EPIC access profile to be used only for their academic role.
• All students are required to wear a photo ID badge.

Please refer to your welcome letter for specific instructions on how to begin your clinical rotation at HFH. See this FAQ Document for answers to frequently asked questions.

In addition to the above, please go to the Requirements tab to review a list of vaccine and educational requirements needed to complete your orientation. You must filter by Member Type: Student and Program: RN
