This application is for MyMichigan Health Midland Location Employees who are interested in becoming a Mentor as part of the new MyMichigan Health Mentoring Partnership Program. Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or be currently enrolled in a BSN program. Please fill out this application in full. You will be notified via email when your application has been accepted.
Mentor Application

To become a mentee, applicants must possess an Associate’s degree in Nursing while also being currently or have the intent to enroll in college for a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
