Checking Students' Readiness to Receive OPID Registration Invite for OhioHealth University Access

Students must meet two requirements before they will receive an OPID registration invite:

  1. Be assigned to an approved rotation
  2. Have completed their ACEMAPP membership fee payment

To verify these details in ACEMAPP, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to the Manage Students (by Rotation) table Click the "Members" tab in the top navigation bar and select "Student" under the Rotation section.

Step 2: Check Rotation Status and Payment In the Manage Students (By Rotation) table:

  • Look under the Approved column to confirm the student is assigned to an approved rotation.
  • Check the Payment column for a green check mark (✓) indicating the membership fee has been paid.

If both conditions are met, the student will automatically receive an OPID registration invite.

Step 3: Verify that the student's Access End Date does not expire before or during the rotation.

  • Click the "Manage" gear icon of the student name under the Actions column.

  • Next, click the "Manage Affiliations & Programs" icon to check the student's Access End Date.

  • Update the student's Access End Date if it expires before or during the rotation.

  • Be sure to click "Save" after updating.
