Schools are responsible for reviewing all student-submitted forms, documents, and health system requirements within ACEMAPP. Students must be fully compliant in ACEMAPP (all green checks) before they are eligible to start.
The start date entered in the rotation request should reflect the student's actual date on the unit, not the academic semester start date.
Submit all requests at least 2 months before each term:
Fall: August–December
Spring: January–April
Summer: May–July
Schools are responsible for ensuring all members meet site compliance requirements.
Kelly O’Brien is the site contact for compliance monitoring and enforcement.
All students must be fully compliant (all green checks) at least 24 hours before the rotation start time on the unit.
Members not compliant by the 24-hour deadline will be removed from the rotation and not permitted on site.
To reassign a student, the school must submit a new rotation request with updated start dates and compliance documentation.
Non-compliant members found on-site will be asked to leave immediately.
Approved rotations without assigned members 24 hours before start time will be denied.
Students and faculty who are also employed by OhioHealth must complete onboarding through both ACEMAPP and OhioHealth’s internal systems to ensure full compliance.
