Requesting Rotations at Tanner Hospital facilities for Advanced Practice clinical hour rotations
Tanner Hospital facilities utilize ACEMAPP for the electronic application process for the Advanced Practitioner once the student/school has secured a preceptor/sponsoring physician for the following disciplines.
- Advanced Practitioner students are in the following disciplines (MD, PA, NP, DNP and MSN)
Application Steps:
Please follow these steps if you have already secured a preceptor, or if you are registering to help locate a preceptor.

If you already have an ACEMAPP account, log in at acemapp.org. If you do not yet have an account, register for one here: ACEMAPP Registration

Once you are logged into your account, follow this link to view all available applications: Available Applications
You can search for "Tanner" to find Tanner Health's available rotation applications.
- Find the appropriate application for your program.
- Click the "Start" button next to that application.
- Click “Apply”.
- For the Connecting Entity, select your Tanner Health location.
- Choose your School as the Partner Entity.
NOTE: *Before you can select your school in the 'Partner Entity' field, you must first choose a Tanner Health location in the 'Connecting Entity' field.
- Complete all requested information and click "Save and Continue" on each page.
- After completing each page, click the "Confirm and Apply" tab to submit your application.
You will receive an email once your application(s) have been reviewed by the Tanner Health Team.
