REMINDER...PPD Tests do not meet Grady TB Immunization Requirements and will not be accepted and should not be approved by the school!
***The TB Screening process is consistent for all Grady employees, staff, contractors, vendors, volunteers. This process is also consistent with all medical, nursing, Radiology, PT/OT and other students. TB screening within 90 days of start with a chest x-ray within the past 12 weeks for positive tests will remain the same at present. (Added 3/26/2024)
The Hep B requirement is a mandatory immunization. A student must be in progress of either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd shot of series. If the series has been completed in excess of 120 days, a titer to confirm immunization is required. (Added 5/11/26).
ATTENTION TO ALL GRADY STAFF ...If you only need of a copy of your immunization records, please contact Keshia Bowens at kbowens@gmh.edu. On that email, please make sure that you enter your Date of Birth and the correct spelling of your name. (Added 1/7/2025)
