REMINDER...For TB Immunization Requirements, PPD Tests are not accepted by Grady!

***The TB Screening process is consistent for all Grady employees, staff, contractors, vendors, volunteers. This process is also consistent with all medical, nursing, Radiology, PT/OT and other students. TB screening within 90 days of start with a chest x-ray within the past 12 weeks for positive tests will remain the same at present. (Added 3/26/2024)

ATTENTION TO ALL GRADY STAFF ...If you are in need of a copy of your immunization records ONLY, please contact Keshia Bowens at kbowens@gmh.edu. On that email, please make sure that you enter your Date of Birth and the correct spelling of your name. (Added 1/7/2025)
