Rotation Scheduling Process:
Schools should work with students to identify which program/unit below fits their clinical needs. Once a program is selected, the school must submit the rotation request by following the steps outlined in the Help Desk Guide: Create A Rotation. If your student does not have a preference of location, please select 'No preference' on the rotation request form.

Rotation Submission/Deadlines for Summer 2026:

• Deadline for schools to register: January 30, 2026
• Deadline for schools to request partnerships: February 15, 2026
• Deadline for schools to submit Summer rotations: March 30, 2026
• Deadline for schools to assign students: April 30, 2026
• Students should be compliant 2 weeks before the rotation start date
