University Hospitals (UH) utilizes ACEMAPP to manage clinical education, including rotation requests and onboarding. ACEMAPP is a collaborative platform for health care education, recruitment, and professional development.

School coordinators are responsible for helping to manage students in ACEMAPP. This includes submitting rotation requests, assigning students to rotations, managing student accounts, reviewing/approving requirements, and verifying that students complete all onboarding items on time.
