You are required to submit two rotation applications for your school. The 'DNP Project Portfolio rotation application is specific to your whole project. You will submit your time logs using this rotation ID number. Once you have a Project Site, you will submit the 'DNP Project Site Request' rotation application. This will allow your school to review the site details and confirm it is an appropriate site. Below are the steps you should complete in submitting your Applications. Submit your DNP Project Portfolio rotation application first. You will be notified once the application has been approved, which will create a rotation. You will complete requirements based on this rotation. As your progress through your project, you will receive additional requirements.

Once you have an established Project Site (provided by your school), navigate to Applications in ACEMAPP and submit the 'DNP Project Site Request' Application.

When submitting your Application, please be sure to include your Site Name (Partner Entity). If it is not available to be selected, please select the following: Project Site: 'New Entity (enter Details Below)'
Once you submit your Application, wait for your school to review the Application. Please be patient as your school needs to confirm multiple details on your Application.
Once there is a decision on your Application, this does not mean that you can begin on-site. It only means that your selected project site is an appropriate site.
Wait for your Rotation request to be approved. You will know when the rotation has been approved, because you will receive an email and you will see that the rotation is 'Approved' in your Affiliation box on your Student Home page. Viewing rotation requests
