Faculty Document Access
Member Types:
Faculty document access allows faculty members assigned to a rotation to manage requirement documents associated with that rotation. Schools may contact ACEMAPP Customer Support to enable the faculty document manager feature.

Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
When you assign a member to a rotation, they receive notification of the rotation details and are prompted to check their account for clinical requirements. Students or Faculty can access clinical site requirements only after being assigned to the rotation.
Broadcast Messaging
Member Types:
Broadcast messaging allows school and clinical users to communicate with members through ACEMAPP directly. After sending a broadcast message, users can view if and when recipients have opened the message.
Approve Affiliation with School or Clinical Site
Member Types:
An affiliation is a connection between a member and an entity (school or clinical site). This guide will walk you through the process of approving an affiliation request. You must be actively affiliated with a school or site to access their requirements.

Faculty Case Log Review
Member Types:
The Case Log feature allows students to enter their clinical experiences and track patient encounters. When students submit their Case Logs, you can review them as Faculty. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.
Roster
Member Types:
The Roster tracks members assigned to a rotation and gives the clinical site access to view the rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data.

The Rotation Roster will only send to a clinical site partner assigned to a rotation once the Rotation is in Approved status and all assigned members have met compliance.
Roster (Profile Completion Report) Sent
Member Types:
Rosters track members (students, faculty, etc.) that will be at each clinical site. The rotation roster gives the clinical site access to view the rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data. The Rotation Roster Set email includes a link to download the Profile Completion Report.
Rotation Requirement List
Member Types:
The ACEMAPP Rotation Requirement List allows you to track student compliance for clinical rotations, providing a detailed overview of required items and their status for each assigned member.
View Evaluation Results
Member Types:
If your organization allows faculty reporting on evaluations, follow the steps below to view evaluation results.
Onboarding Progress Report
Member Types:
The Onboarding Progress report lets you view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) with missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.
Access End Date
Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
Profile Completion Report
Member Types:
After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, the Clinical Site will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.
Course Assignment
Member Types:
You may assign students and course admins to all required courses for their program at once. Their courses and requirements will not be visible until the course start date.
Bulk Upload Assure Members and Assign Packages
Member Types:
The Assure bulk upload process allows admins to create Assure member accounts and assign them to the appropriate Assure package in a single step.
Assignment Data
Member Types:
The Assignment Data can be entered by bulk uploading it for students. The information added can be used to quickly identify students in ACEMAPP based on Assignment Data.
Use the Rotation Table as the Primary Compliance Tracking Tool

Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.
Preceptor Time Log Review
Member Types:
The time log feature allows students to document the hours they spend with a clinical site and preceptor. If required by your organization, preceptors are responsible for verifying and approving submitted logs.
