ACEMAPP integrates with Verify Students (by Corporate Screening) to streamline the compliance process for members. Verify Students handles background checks and drug screenings required for program participation. Follow the steps below to create a new ACEMAPP account or link your existing ACEMAPP account to your Verify Students (Corporate Screening) account.
From your home page, click on the "Verify Students" logo in the "Vendors" window.
A new browser tab will open. In that tab, click the green button labeled “Click to go to Corporate Screening / Verify Students” to access the Verify Students system.
NOTE: If you have a pre-existing account with Corporate Screening (Verify Students), add the email address used with that account to your ACEMAPP profile as an additional email address before proceeding. This will help to ensure a successful connection between the two systems.
Enter the promotional code provided by your school coordinator. If you haven’t received a code, contact your school coordinator to request the correct one. Once you've entered the code, click "Continue" to move forward to your Verify Students account.
NOTE: The promotional code provided by your School Coordinator is required, as this identifies the type of package you will need (i.e., Background Check, Drug Screen, and/or ImmuniTrax).
Your ACEMAPP profile information will be automatically transferred to Verify Students to help streamline account setup. Review the transferred details to make sure everything is correct, then fill in any additional required information. This will begin your background check, drug screening, and requirement verification process.
NOTE: If you already have a Verify Students account, use the same email address and password from that account when linking it to your ACEMAPP account. The email address on both accounts must be identical for the connection to work. If the email addresses don't match, update your email in your ACEMAPP profile to match the one used in Verify Students, then try linking the accounts again by repeating Steps 1–3.
