Coordinator Case Log Report

ACEMAPP Case Log reports gather and analyze clinical encounter information in a user-friendly format. This section summarizes all relevant information and provides several graphs to help you, as your locations coordinator, view specific data points.

Step 1:

From your home screen, "Case Logs". If you do not see the Case Logs button, click the "More" button, then click "Case Logs" from the drop-down.

Step 2:

Select the "List" button under the "Actions" column. case logs table highlighting list button

Step 3:

On the Case Log Type screen, click the appropriate Case Log Type filter tab. case log type screen highlighting multiple type filter buttons

Step 4:

Click the "Case Log Report" tab.

Step 5 (Optional):

Select fields to narrow down the information you would like to see.

Click the "Submit" button to run the report with the selected filters.

Step 6:

Scroll down to view the results.

You can change the view to a "Bar", "Column", or a "Pie Chart".

NOTE: To get additional information per graph, you can hover the mouse over each section to view details.

Step 7:

To print the report, click "Print." resssults header highlighting Print button

The Case Log system allows you to view and approve Case Logs in ACEMAPP. This process is determined by your organization.

ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
