Your school and/or the clinical site may require you to complete course modules, assessments, or attestations before the start of your rotation. To complete these, please follow the steps below.
Access to learning materials within ACEMAPP requires an active membership. If you are required to purchase a membership, click "Resume Payment" on your main Dashboard or click "Make Payment" on the Billing screen.
Access your home page by clicking your Name in the upper right corner, then under Navigation, clicking the appropriate member type.
Your required modules, assessments, or attestations are in the "Learning Materials" table at the bottom of your home page.
You will start by clicking on the "View Course" (book) icon to complete a course module.
After you have reviewed the course, you can complete the assessment by clicking on the "Take Assessment" (graduation cap) icon.
NOTE: Assessments, Courses, or SCORM courses you have not started will be red, while assessments/courses you started yet are still in progress will be orange.
To complete a SCORM course module, you will start by clicking the "Take Course" (bulls-eye) icon.
NOTE: Once your assessments and SCORMs are completed, you will see a green checkmark indicating that these items no longer need your attention.
You can only take a course 60 days before the expiration date.
NOTE: You may not be able to access your learning materials if your profile is incomplete or your membership fee is due.
Courses and assessments available to you but do not affect compliance are marked by the grey dash (-) and will not have an expiration date.
