Add an Existing Member to a New Program

To add an existing member in ACEMAPP to a new program or change their current program, use the "Add One" student to create the new affiliation.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click "Members" and select the preferred member type (Student, Faculty, Preceptor, etc.) in the "Affiliation" column.

Step 2:

Click "Create" at the top of the table, then click "Add One Student" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3:

Complete the required fields on the "Create One Student" page and click "Save" to finish or "Save & Add Another."

Step 4:

If the member already has an ACEMAPP account, an affiliation request must be sent after you confirm the new Program and Access End Date (if applicable) and click "Save."

Step 5:

After the affiliation request is sent, the student will appear under your Manage Students (Affiliated) table under the Pending Member Approval tab. The member MUST log in to their ACEMAPP account and approve this request for them to appear under the "Active" tab.

  • NOTE: Members must be active with your school for you to assign them to a rotation.
