Partnerships: Approve & Deny Requests

The Partnership Directory in ACEMAPP is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships. Use this tool to view and respond to partnership requests, upload or access partnership documents, and maintain accurate affiliation records.

Step 1:

From your home page, click the "Partnership Directory" tab

Step 2:

To manage incoming partnerships, click the "Incoming" tab.

Step 3:

To manage incoming requests, click the "Manage Partnerships" (gear) button.

Step 4:

Click the dropdown under "Actions" and choose the appropriate option (e.g., Approve or Deny). If you select "Deny," you may enter a "Deny Note" to provide an explanation. This message will be sent to the partnership requestor.

Once you’ve completed all necessary fields, click "Save" to apply your changes.

NOTE: The "Review Date" is an optional field used to help you track and manage partnership timelines. ACEMAPP will not automatically remove or expire the partnership when this date passes. Incoming partnerships page highlighting drop-down menu to approve or deny requests.

An Affiliation is a connection between a Member and an Entity.

Affiliations define Member Types and often include Graduation or End Dates.
