LMS Report
Member Types:

This report allows you to see complete or incomplete assessments, courses, and quizzes.

LMS Report View by Affiliation

Step 1:

From your Home Page, click the "Reporting" button in your navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

On the Reporting Dashboard, click "View All" and Search for your report name. Locate the report and click "Run Report.."

Step 3:

On the LMS Report, click "View by Affiliation" in the upper-right-hand corner.

NOTE: Regardless of your organization's setup, you can "View by Affiliation" or "View by Rotation."

Step 4:

Select how you want to view the report and enter the required fields within the Filters table. The following required filters must be set:

  • Please select the member type(s)
  • Please select an assessment
  • What would you like to see?

NOTE: Any field with an orange tab is required.

Optional Filters

  • Completion Date (Begin)
  • Completion Date (End)

When complete, click "Submit" to run the report and view the results.

LMS Report View by Rotation

Step 1:

From your Home Page, click the "Reporting" button in your navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.

On the Reporting Dashboard, click "View All" and Search for your report name. Locate the report and click "Run Report.."

On the LMS Report, click "View by Affiliation" in the upper-right-hand corner.

NOTE: Regardless of your organization's setup, you can "View by Affiliation" or "View by Rotation."

Step 4:

Select how you want to view the report and enter the required fields within the Filters table. The following required filters must be set:

  • Please select the member type(s)
  • Please select an assessment
  • What would you like to see?

  • Completion Date (Begin)
  • Completion Date (End)
  • Include completed and/or archived rotations
  • Specific Rotation
  • Program
  • Experience
  • Unit
  • Course

When complete, click "Submit" to run the report and view the results.

Assessments: Review & Reset Attempts
This guide explains how to reset a member’s assessment attempts in ACEMAPP. It walks you through locating the member, accessing their assessments, reviewing failed attempts, and safely deleting an attempt so the member can retry.
