Member Requirement Report

The Requirement Compliance Report provides a snapshot of the current status of each member’s requirements.

NOTE: To view a historical record of a member’s requirements over time, please refer to the Profile Completion Report instead.


How to Access the Member Requirement Report

Regardless of how your organization's set up, you can "View by Rotation," "View by Affiliation," or "View by Course" (if Course Feature is enabled).

Step 1:

From your Home Page, select the "Reporting" button on your navigation bar to open the "Reporting Dashboard."

NOTE: If you do not see the Reporting button, click the "More" tab on the navigation bar, and from the drop-down, click "Reporting."

Step 2:

Click on the "Member" tab at the top and search for the Requirement report. Locate the Member Requirement Report and click on the "Run Report" button.

View by Affiliation

Step 1:

On the Member Requirement Report page, select "Report by Affiliation."

Step 2

  • Select one or more user types.
  • Select a requirement.
  • Select what you want to see, Complete or Incomplete.

Once all required fields are complete, you can click the "Run Report" button.

NOTE: Optional Filters: Enter the Completion After or Completion Before date to narrow down your results. Click "Run Report."

NOTE: By default, only active rotations are shown. Select the additional status options to include completed and/or archived rotations.


View by Rotation

Step 1:

On the Member Requirement Report page, select "Report by Rotation."

Step 2:

  • Select one or more user types.
  • Select a requirement.
  • Select what you want to see, Complete or Incomplete.

Once all required fields are complete you can click "Run Report" or continue to Step 3 for the Optional Filters section.

  • Completion Date After or Completion Date Before help narrow down your results.
  • Specific Rotation (Enter a Rotation number).
  • Filter by Program.
  • Filter by Experience.
  • Filter by Unit.
  • Filter by Course.

Step 1:

On the Member Requirement Report page, select "Report by Course."

  • Select one or more user types.
  • Select a requirement.
  • Select what you want to see, Complete or Incomplete.

Once all required fields are complete, you can click "Run Report" or continue to Step 3 for the Optional Filters section.

Step 3 (Optional):

  • Completion Date After or Completion Date Before help narrow down your results.
  • Specific Rotation (Enter a Rotation number).
  • Filter by Program.
  • Filter by Experience (This will auto-fill to Course Assignments).
  • Filter by Unit.
  • Filter by Course.

NOTE: If you filter by Specific Rotation and select Completed or Archived rotations, you’ll be redirected to the Profile Completion Report to view historical data for that specific rotation.

Profile Completion Report
After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, you will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.
ACEMAPP Reporting
ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
Assure Reporting
Please see the selected ACEMAPP reports that will pull Assure requirement data. Be sure to choose Reporting by "Rotation" and the "Assure Member" type where applicable or "Assure Package" for the (rotation) experience type.
