Expiring Indicators

Coordinators now can see an orange 'expiring" indicator when students or faculty requirements are close to expiring. This way, coordinators can monitor compliance throughout student/faculty experiences.

NOTE: If you would like your organization to begin using expiring indicators, please contact ACEMAPP Support.


Checking Expiring Indicators

Once this feature is turned on for your organization, you can view it with the following steps:

Viewing by Affiliation

Step 1:

From your Home Page in ACEMAPP, click on the "Members" tab in your navigation bar and select the Member Type you would like to view under the Affiliations column.

Step 2:

While viewing the Member by Affiliation table, this view will show compliance, non-compliance, and items expiring in 30 days.

  • Compliance: Green Check
  • Non-Compliance: Red X
  • Expiring: Orange Hazard

NOTE: You can hover over any indicators. It will inform you what requirements are outstanding or expiring within 30 days or less.

Viewing by Rotation

Step 1:

While viewing the Member by Rotation table, this will show compliance (green indicator before rotation start, non-compliance (red indicator) before rotation start, and any items expiring (orange indicator) before the end of the rotation.

Step 2:

Here, you can see any members with requirements expiring in 30 days or less, outstanding requirements, and those who are compliant.

  • Compliance: Green Check
  • Non-Compliance: Red X
  • Expiring: Orange Hazard
