In this article, we will give you an outline of your ACEMAPP homepage. This article provides you with a breakdown of the available features on your Preceptor Account.
This section provides you with any items that require your attention. Including any pending evaluations, pending time/case logs, and pending affiliations. You can click directly on the notification to view the item(s) that requires your attention.
You are able to access this section in multiple ways. You can click on the "Profile" tab from your features bar. You can also click your name in the top right-hand corner and then click "Profile" under the "Personal" panel.
You can also access your preceptor settings by clicking on "Edit Preceptor Settings" in the "Settings" section under the "Preceptor Notifications" section.
Once you are in your profile/settings area, you have the ability to change your personal information and preferences. Please refer to the related articles below for more details regarding this feature.
This section will show you all the rotations you have been assigned at a glance. You can view more details about the rotation by selecting "View Rotations" from your features bar or by using the "Actions" column in this section.
The Affiliations section shows you all of your partnerships in ACEMAPP and any rotations you are assigned. To view more details about your affiliations, click the "Manage Affiliations" tab from your navigation bar.
This area allows you to view the schedules you have entered into ACEMAPP based on the entity as well as manage your preferences regarding schedule availability to students by clicking on the pencil icon under the "Actions" column or the "Manage Schedules" tab in the top right. The Announcements feature is managed by your Partners. You will see that in this panel if they have any general information for you to be aware of. Please refer to the related articles below for more details regarding this feature.
The Requirement section is managed by your Partners. If they require you to complete any documents/items, you will see those here.
Students can submit their case logs from their clinical experiences. Depending on their school process, you may be required to review/approve these logs. If you are required to approve them, you will see them in your "Preceptor Notifications" section, or you can select "Manage Case Logs" from your features bar.

This feature is a general summary of the information entered into ACEMAPP and all experiences you have completed or has been included in. You are also able to see all the historical documents that have been uploaded to your ACEMAPP account. Downloadable copies are available for you to access. Based on your partners, you may be asked to complete evaluations. If you are required to complete the evaluation, you will receive a notification when the evaluation is available. You can click on the notification and follow the system prompts to access the evaluation.
NOTE: You can also access your evaluations by clicking on the "Evaluations" tab in your navigation bar. If it is not showing on your navigation bar, click the "More" button, and from the drop-down, click "Evaluations."
