Unit Availability Report/Calendar

This report allows you to choose one of your partner organizations and view the potential availability of their units.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click the "Reporting" button to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

Click on the "Run Report" button on the Unit Availability tile.

Step 3:

Fill in all required fields, select your View, and choose Calendar, Details, or General Schedule view by selecting the option from the drop-down.

Step 4 (Optional Fields):

Fill in Optional Fields to narrow your results.

  • Select the Rotation Experience Type (Cohort, Precepted, Etc...)
  • Select the Program (BNS, FNP, NP, Etc...)
  • Select the Rotation Type (Ambulator, ICU, ENT, etc...) if available.

Step 5:

Click Submit to view your results. Clear Filters to start over.

Step 6 (Optional Download CSV):

Click the Generate CSV and then the Download CSV to download the file in .csv format.
