Export Selected Rotation Data
Member Types:

School and clinical site coordinators can export their rotation and member data into a single CSV file or multiple files. This guide will walk you through exporting selected rotation data and mass exporting all rotation data.

Export selected rotations

Step 1:

From your homepage, click the "Rotations" tab to open the Rotations table.

Step 2:

In the Rotations table, checkmark the rotations you want to export.

Step 3:

At the top of the table, click the "Select" drop-down menu, and select the "Export Selected" option.

Step 4:

Click the files you want to download. You can download either 1) one CSV file with all of the rotation data combined, OR 2) individual CSV files broken up by rotations with the same school, clinical site, and program (which can also be downloaded together as a zip file).

Mass export all rotations

Step 1:

From your homepage, click the "Rotations" tab to open the Rotations table.

Step 2:

At the top left of your rotations table, click the "Mass Export All" button.

Step 3:

Click the green "Run Report" button.

Step 4:

The report is your Rotation Data Export Results. To export the data into an Excel CSV file, click the "Export" button at the top right of the table.

NOTE: Please do not run any other reports while your data is still processing.
