View Your Assigned Rotation
Member Types:

ACEMAPP has multiple rotation types, Clinical (Precepted/Cohort), Personal Schedules, Course Assignments, Staff Led, and Requested Rotations. You can view assigned rotations by following the steps below:

Step 1:

From your home screen, click the "Rotations" tab or click on the blue "+" button in the Rotations box.

Step 2:

The Rotation page shows a table of all your rotation assignments. You can sort your rotations by the Experience Type and Status of the rotation in ACEMAPP.

NOTE: The Experience Type will vary based on your school. Here is more information about the rotations types:

  • Cohort Rotation: A rotation that will accommodate a group of students learning under a clinical instructor/faculty.
  • Precepted Rotation: A rotation where students will be working with a preceptor
  • Personal Schedule: Students enter their schedules for their clinical experience
  • Course Assignment: Course Rotations are used for assigning members to courses for features like Case Logs, Time Logs, and Faculty Student Document Management
  • Staff Lead: A rotation where students will be working with staff
  • Requested Rotation: Allows you to apply for a rotation opportunity in ACEMAPP if enabled by your school/clinical site

Step 3:

Click on the "View" icon for preceptors or faculty assigned to the rotation, contact information.

Click the clinical site or school name listed to view additional information about the entity.

An Entity is a School, Clinical Site, High School, Company, etc.
