Submitting Personal Schedule
Member Types:

Personal schedules allow you to track non-clinical-rotation events, such as class schedules or times with your preceptor.

Step 1:

From your home screen, select "Request Rotation."

NOTE: If you do not see this button, click the More button found on the right of the screen, and then select Request Rotation.

Step 2:

In the Personal Schedule box, select "Request a Personal Schedule."

Step 3:

Select the Program for your Personal Schedule and click "Save."

Step 4:

Click in the Entity box to select your school.

Then select "Save & Continue".

Step 5:

NOTE: Not all steps may apply. You can skip this step if your school is not using a Directory. You may need to contact your school if you do not see your Site.

Click in the Directory Entity box to select your site.

Then select "Save & Continue".

Step 6:

NOTE: Not all steps may apply. If your school is not using a Directory, you can skip this step

Select your Directory Member.

Typically, this is a preceptor, but it may depend on your school.

Then select"Save & Continue".

Step 7:

Confirm the information you have entered from the previous steps and click "Save."

Step 8:

On the Rotation Edit screen, in the Edit box on the left-hand side, complete all the required fields to enter your schedule details.

Step 9 (Optional):

Advance Scheduling

You can enter each specific day and time using the Advanced Scheduling feature. To enter this information, update this toggle to Yes and select Save. This will bring you to a page where you can verify each day, enter the time for each day, and delete any days you will not need. Note: See the article below for more details on completing this process.

Step 10:

Towards the bottom of this section, change the status to Approved. Then select "Save".
