Applications
Member Types:

ACEMAPP Applications support various processes, including rotation management, affiliation requests, and employee affiliations.

NOTE: Some applications may be restricted based on your user role. If you're unable to access a feature, contact ACEMAPP Support for assistance.

Viewing Applications

Step 1: Access the Applications Page

From your home page, click the "Applications" button.

NOTE: If you do not see this icon on your home page, click the "More" button on the right, then click "Applications" to open the Applications page.

Step 2: Explore the Applications Table

The Applications Table displays all active applications associated with your location.

View the Applicants List

Step 1: Open the Applicants List

In the Applications table, click the "Applicants List" button.

Step 2: Review Applicant Statuses

This view displays all applications:

  • Approved
  • Pending
  • Denied

You can also:

  • Approve/Deny applications
  • Leave comments
  • View ePortfolios (rocket icon)
  • Delete submissions

NOTE: This list does not include archived (deleted) applications.

View Submitted Applications

Step 1: Open the Complete List

In the Applications table, click the "Complete List" tab at the top.

Step 2: Filter Applications by Status

Use the filter tabs to view:

  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Denied
  • Archived – Completed or Deleted

Step 3: Export the Application List

Click the "Export" button to download a CSV file of the applications.

Approving or Denying Applications

Step 1: Respond to Notifications

When a new application is submitted, you’ll see an orange notification on your Home Page labeled:
"You have pending application entries"
Click the notification to access the application.

Step 2: Choose View Style

From the Applications page, choose between:

  • List View: Table of all submitted applications
  • Queue View: View one application at a time using Previous/Next buttons

Step 3: Review the Application

Click the "Edit" (pencil) icon to open and review an application.

Optionally, click the ePortfolio (rocket) icon to view the applicant's portfolio.

Step 4: Review in Queue View

Use the Previous and Next buttons to cycle through submissions one by one.

Step 5: Make a Decision

In the application entry:

  • Fill in all required fields
  • At the bottom, choose:
    • Approve
    • Deny
    • Save – no decision

NOTE: Approving a rotation application may auto-create a "Pre-Approved" rotation request, depending on your organization's settings. You will receive a notification until it's processed.

Leave Comments on Applications

Step 1: Access Comments View

Click the "List" button in the Applications page.

Step 2: Open Comments

Locate the application and click the "Comments" button.

Step 3: Add a Comment

Click the "+ Add Comment" button to submit a message.

Navigate Between Comments and Entries

Step 1: Go to the Application Entry

Click "Edit Entry" in the Comments view to return to the application.

Step 2: Return to Comments

From the application entry view, click "Entry Comments" to go back.
You may also use the "Post New Comment" section to add another comment.

Share a Direct Link to the Application

Step 1: Access Application Info

In the Applications table, click the "Info" button.

Step 2:Copy the URL

On the Info page, copy the Application URL to share. This page also displays:

  • Counts of Approved, Pending, Denied, Deleted, Withdrawn
  • Member submissions in progress

Optional: Auto-Clean Applications on Close

If enabled during application setup, the Auto-Clean feature will delete all unapproved (Pending) submissions when the application status changes to Closed.

Affiliations define Member Types and often include Graduation or End Dates.

Rotation Application List Export
Rotation Applications allows members to request directly with your organization. This is an additional feature in ACEMAPP, please contact ACEMAPP Support for assistance.

This report will show you all members directly affiliated with your entity who are submitting applications and their status.
Submit Applications
ACEMAPP Applications may be used to request clinical rotations, connect with an entity as an employee, and observing/shadowing opportunities. Please follow the steps below to complete an application.
Overview of Student Home Page
The Student Home Page is where you’ll complete key tasks in ACEMAPP. Here, you can work on your Requirements, fill out Custom Fields, and review assigned Learning Materials. You can also check for Announcements, view your Affiliations, and see your Rotation Details.
