Directory Entities Document Upload

The Directory system allows you to create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to that entity. Once you add a Directory Entity and connect a Member to the Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to the member and entity connection.

Upload Requirement Documents for Members

Build Your Entity Profile Page

ACEMAPP Entity Profiles offer schools and clinical sites a customizable platform to share essential information with affiliated members. These profiles serve as centralized hubs for organizational details, policies, and resources, ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have easy access to pertinent information.
Set Entity Edit Permission
Member Types:
Students and School Coordinators must work together to ensure that information in ACEMAPP matches what is used by the school and clinical site. A student has control of the General Information in their profile. In some cases, schools and clinical sites will also want to have the ability to edit this information. Students must grant permission to their respective entity if the entity wants to be able to update student's general information. 
Managing Member Requirement Documents

ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To manage requirement documents uploaded by your members, please follow the steps below.
Managing Pending Member & Entity Approvals

The Directory system allows your school to manage a list of affiliated Entities (e.g., clinical sites, schools) and Members (e.g., students, faculty, staff). This list is maintained by your school.
