After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, you will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.
From your Home Page, click the "Rotations" tab in your navigation bar to open the rotations table.
On the rotations table, select the Experience and then choose either the "Approved" or "Completed" rotation status (whichever status is appropriate) to find the needed rotation.
Click the "Profile Completion Report" (paper icon) button under the Actions column for the corresponding rotation.
The Profile Completion Report page will open.

NOTE: The Profile Completion Report is a snapshot in history. Use this report to view any historical requirement data for specific rotations.
You can run any Saved Create Custom Reports from this screen. Next to any report, simply click "Run Report."
Also, by clicking the "Create New Report" next to your entity's name will redirect you to the Create Custom or the Rotation Data report. Allowing you to make a new report.
