Submitting Applications
Member Types:

ACEMAPP Applications assist members with requesting a clinical rotation, connecting with an entity as an employee, and observing/shadowing opportunities. Please complete the following steps to apply for a rotation.

Step 1:

Select the button with your name on it in the top right-hand corner of your screen. ACEMAPP navbar highlighting name and avatar/name button.

Step 2:

Under the Personal column, select "Manage". Navigation drop-down highlighting manage button.

Step 3:

Under the Navigation column, select "Applications". Manage page highlighting applications button.

Step 4:

Click on the "View All Available" to view application options. Applications page showing the view all available applications button.

Step 5:

On the page of "Available Applications", locate the opportunity you would like to apply for by scrolling through the available applications in the table( or by using the search box). Next, click on the Info button next to the opportunity you would like to apply for more information. Available applications table highlighting info button.

Step 6:

Review the additional information on this page and click "Apply" to start your application. Start of the application page highlighting apply button.

Step 7:

Complete the required application fields in each of the tabs in the Navigation box on the left side of the screen. Make sure to click "Save" at the bottom of each tab.

Step 8:

Once you complete your application, please wait for the application to be managed by the clinical site or school you applied to. You will receive a notification email from ACEMAPP once your application has been reviewed. If you are approved, you may begin completing your new onboarding information.

NOTE: You can view or edit your pending application entry from the Application Entries Table Pending applications example highlighting edit button, comment button, and view button

Commenting on Applications

Step 1:

Find the rotation you would like to leave a comment on and click the "Comments" button. My applications table location highlighting Comments button.

Step 2:

Click on the "+ Add Comment" button. Entry comment table highlight of Add Comment button.

Step 3:

Type your comment for the application in the "Comment" box and click the "Save" button when you are done. Comment text area example highlighting text area and save button.

Step 4:

The comment you saved will appear in the Entry Comments table. Entry Comments table showing list of comments.
