Rotation Comments
Member Types:
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a specific rotation. Every comment made on a rotation will prompt an automated email notification to fellow coordinators within the same program.
Coordinator Communications Report

The Coordinator Communications Report enables you to generate and export partner contact results based on selected filters. You can also use the list of filtered contacts to broadcast message your partners important information.

Rotation Notices is an optional ACEMAPP feature that displays custom messages to users during the first step of creating a rotation. These notices can be tailored to specific Program and Experience Type combinations. This feature helps partner entities receive important information early in the process, reducing confusion and minimizing the need for additional communication. If you would like Rotation Notices enabled for your organization, please contact the ACEMAPP team.

NE Ohio Consortium Schedule and Clinical Site Members

View Connected Professionals
Member Types:
Viewing professionals who have expressed interest in your careers or who you have requested to connect with takes place in the View Connected Professionals table. 
Partner Rotation Report
Member Types:
This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.
