Community: Private Messaging

Community Admin - Broadcast Messaging
Member Types:
Broadcast messaging allows community admins to communicate with connected professionals through ACEMAPP directly. After sending a broadcast message, community admins can view if and when recipients have opened the message.
Community Evaluation Report
Member Types:
This report displays the responses of connected professionals who have completed their evaluations
Community Insight Report
Member Types:
The Community Insight Report produces a graphical display of connections, wall posts, wall views, and admin logins per week for a 3-week period.
Community Rotations Member Report
Member Types:
Download a detailed list of members organized by their individual rotations. Use filters such as date range, program, unit, or course to customize your report and focus on the information you need.
Create A Wall Post
Member Types:
Wall posts allow you to share news, updates, and events with individuals connected to your community.
Networking
Member Types:
Networking inside ACEMAPP between professionals and hiring communities is accomplished within the Networking feature.
Community Benefit Report
Member Types:
This report allows you to track and report on the number of student hours hosted at the facility and/or health system. You can pull a report based on the active students, student slots hosted, or both during a specific time period.
Rotation Comments
Member Types:
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a specific rotation. Every comment made on a rotation will prompt an automated email notification to fellow coordinators within the same program.
Help Desk and Training Info
Member Types:
ACEMAPP offers resources for new users, including regularly scheduled webinar trainings for registered school and clinical site users and the Help Desk, which offers step-by-step guides for all members. Managing Member Affiliation Requests
Member Types:
Manage affiliations of students or members that are still pending approval, either your approval or theirs.

Coordinator Communications Report

Managing Your ACEMAPP Inbox

NE Ohio Consortium Schedule and Clinical Site Members
Member Types:
Rotation upload schedules vary by region. The Ohio Consortium Schedule is a specific bulk upload schedule to that region. Please reference the Ohio Consortium Clinical Site Members to confirm you are following the correct schedule for each clinical site.
View Connected Professionals
Member Types:
Viewing professionals who have expressed interest in your careers or who you have requested to connect with takes place in the View Connected Professionals table. 
Partner Rotation Report
Member Types:
This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.

"Rotation Notices" is an optional feature available on ACEMAPP that can be enabled by contacting a member of the ACEMAPP team. This feature allows users to create customized notices for specific Program and Experience type combinations, which is displayed during the initial step of creating a rotation. The feature is designed to provide additional guidance and information to partner entities, helping to streamline the rotation creation process by reducing the need for additional communication between the partner entities. To use this feature, contact an ACEMAPP team member to enable it for your organization.
