View Assure Member Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure collects, stores, and reviews requirements, including background check/drug screening results, immunizations, and other requested documents. While the Assure team works behind the scenes, school users have full visibility of Assure member documents, review status, and overall compliance.

When you add ACEMAPP Assure to your organization's subscription, you'll create a one-stop shop for your students and/or faculty to manage academic and clinical requirements. Follow this guide to view Assure Member documents.
View Partner Requirements
Member Types:
The Partnership Requirement table allows school and clinical site users to view the items set up for their partnering organizations. In this area, you can view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for the partner organization in ACEMAPP.

Requirement Configuration View
Member Types:
Requirement Configuration allows coordinators to view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for your Entity in ACEMAPP.
Faux Member View
Member Types:
School coordinators can use the Faux Member View feature to view a read-only version of a member’s (e.g., student, faculty) homepage. This allows coordinators to verify what the member sees, check access, confirm homepage layout, and review newly assigned content—all without making any changes. The feature is available upon request and is designed to enhance the overall user experience for members.
Viewing and Managing Invoices
Member Types:

Rotation Comments
Member Types:
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a specific rotation. Every comment made on a rotation will prompt an automated email notification to fellow coordinators within the same program.
Community Evaluation Report

This report displays detailed responses from professionals connected to your community who have completed a specific evaluation. Use filters and reporting modes to customize how results are viewed and analyzed.

Rotation Data Report

The Rotation Data Report is a custom report that allows the user to select specific rotation data to view and export.

Directory Entities Document Upload
Member Types:
This guide helps coordinators create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities, as well as their associated documents. It explains how to upload documents for a Directory Entity as well as for specific members connected to that entity, including handling expiration dates and file uploads.
Evaluation Member List

The Evaluation Member List allows school and clinical site coordinators to monitor and manage evaluations for their members. Coordinators can track evaluation statuses, view or download completed evaluations, access comments and committee signatures, and resend or delete evaluations as needed—ensuring timely completion and oversight of all evaluations within their program.
