Rotation Data Report

The Rotation Data Report is a custom report that enables users to select and view specific rotation data. You can customize the report to focus on the data you need and easily export it for further use.

Step 1: Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard

Click the "Reporting" tab from your home page to access the reporting dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the Rotation Data Report

On the reporting dashboard, locate the "Rotation Data" report under the "Rotation" tab.

Click "Run Report."

Step 3: Select Report Filters

  • Choose the "Member Type(s)" and "Rotation Program(s)" you want to include in your report.

  • Click the "Generate Custom Fields" button to display any custom fields used by your organization.

  • These custom fields can then be selected and included in the final report.

Step 4: Select Rotation Options

  • Select any of the optional rotation filters to narrow the report's results.

  • "Load Partner Requirements": Clicking this button will allow you to select a partner's requirements to load, allowing you to choose those fields.

Step 5: Create Field Selections

Choose any fields listed on the left under "Available" to include in the report. Click, or drag and drop these fields to the right so they are listed under "Chosen."

Step 6: Run the Report

Once you select your options and fields, click the "Run Report" button.
NOTE: Let the results fully load before sorting or exporting.
