The Relationship Management feature allows administrators to document and view notes on members and partner entities, including phone calls, emails, and general updates. Notes are not visible to the member or partner entity, and are only visible to other admins within your organization. This guide walks you through creating notes for individuals and organizations, and shows how to access all interactions in one central location for easy tracking and collaboration.
