If your school or clinical site uses ACEMAPP’s application system, you can track all members (students, faculty, etc.) directly affiliated with your entity who are submitting applications and view their current status. This guide walks you through accessing and exporting the Member Applications.
Accessing the Reporting Dashboard
Step 1: Open the Reporting Dashboard
Near the top of your home page, click the "Reporting" button from the main navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.
Running the Member Applications Report
Step 2: Navigate to the Member Tab
On the Reporting Dashboard, navigate to the "Member" tab and click the "Run Report" button under the Member Applications report.
Reviewing and Exporting Results
Step 3: Review Application Data
Once you run the report, a table will automatically populate with the application information for your affiliated members. This includes member names and application status.
Step 4: Export the Report (Optional)
To download the report, click the "Export" button located in the top-right corner of the table. This will export the data into an Excel-compatible CSV file.
